WordPress work in Satellite
Clinics and coaching institutes share a need for reliable enquiry capture and appointment or admission flows. The failure is almost always the same: a form whose submissions silently stop arriving because the host blocked outbound mail. Configuring proper transactional email, and keeping a record of submissions independent of the inbox, resolves a problem that often goes unnoticed for months.
What we do
Every service below is available to businesses in Satellite, GJ. Work is quoted at a fixed price before it starts, so you know the number in advance.
Working with a remote team
We are not based in Satellite and will not pretend otherwise — there is no office here and no local sales rep. The work is done remotely, which is how almost all WordPress development happens now.
Practically, Satellite is on the same working day we are, so you are not waiting on a timezone. Questions asked in the morning get answered the same morning, and a fix can usually be reviewed with you before the day ends.
Asked about Satellite
How do we make sure enquiries from the site actually reach us?
Configure proper transactional email rather than relying on the server's default mail, and store every submission in the database as well as emailing it. Hosts routinely block or throttle outbound mail, and when that happens a form appears to work while silently losing enquiries — often for months before anyone notices.
